Performance of a contract

We process information when necessary to accept, produce, fulfil, deliver, or support an order.

4. PERSONALIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

When you order a personalized product, the information submitted for personalization may be shared with Printify and the applicable print provider solely to manufacture and fulfil your order.

Please ensure that personalization details are accurate before submitting an order. We process the text and details that you provide and are not responsible for errors contained in customer-submitted personalization information after production has started.

Personalization information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the order, provide customer support, maintain legally required transaction records, and resolve disputes.

Where permitted by law and based on your privacy settings, we may use Pinterest, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, and similar services to publish content, measure performance, or advertise our products.

Legal and business requirements

We may disclose information where required by law, court order, governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights, customers, or services.

If all or part of the business is reorganized, transferred, sold, or merged, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell customer personalization details.

6. PINTEREST API AND SOCIAL MEDIA INTEGRATIONS

LaMerinos operates a private internal content-management application called “Social Automation Lamerinos.”

The application connects to our own Pinterest Business account and may access information authorized by the account owner, including:

• our Pinterest account information;
• our Pins;
• our boards and board sections;
• content publication status;
• analytics and performance information relating to our content.

We use this information to:

• create and publish original LaMerinos Pins;
• organize and manage our own boards;
• link Pins to LaMerinos product pages or marketplace listings;
• schedule and manage content;
• avoid duplicate publication;
• review content performance and improve our marketing strategy.

The application is an internal business tool. It is not offered as a public service and is not intended to access private Pinterest data belonging to unrelated users.

We use Pinterest data only for the purposes described above and in accordance with Pinterest’s developer terms and applicable law. We do not sell Pinterest API data.

We may also operate similar internal integrations with Etsy, Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to manage our own products and original brand content.

To request information about data handled through these integrations, or to request deletion where applicable, contact [EMAIL] with the subject line “Data Request.”

Where permitted, we may send marketing emails or other communications when you have requested them or when otherwise permitted by law.

You may unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing message or by contacting us at support@mriyadreams.com.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other legally recognized mechanisms.

Residents of certain United States jurisdictions may have additional rights, which can include rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information and to opt out of certain data-sharing or targeted advertising activities.

We will process valid requests as required by applicable law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

14. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our products may be intended for children, babies, or nurseries, but the Site and its purchasing services are intended for adults.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age required by applicable law. Orders and personalization information concerning children must be submitted by a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult.
